Launched in the mid 90's as a division of Worldwide Automation Resources, Inc., its sister company that provides on-premise based voice and internet solutions, Worldwide was established as a separate entity in 2000 to exclusively provide turn key hosted applications.

Using the same technology applied in multi-bank holding companies, Worldwide began providing voice based solutions for community banks and credit unions under the marketing names, YourCSR.com and YourMSR.com respectively. Soon thereafter, Worldwide deployed an internet delivery option that utilized the same backend technology already used in its voice offering.

In 2002, Worldwide launched a new marketing vertical, Righthere.net, that provides voice and internet based delivery solutions for the retail industry. Store/dealer locator, on-line account information, bill payment and presentment, and card activation are a few of the applications developed for clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Talbots, and CATO Corporation.

In 2003, Worldwide developed a voice and internet based payment processing solution for the government sector, an on-line inventory management system, and numerous ancillary applications for its burgeoning list of financial institution clients.

To ensure its campaign of providing 100% client satisfaction, Worldwide migrated its production environment to a nationwide co-location network and completed its latest Type II SAS (Statement on Auditing Standards) 70 audit with McGladrey & Pullen.
